We begin working with you up to one year before your wedding date, providing structured guidance, proactive communication, and strategic organization throughout the entire process.
From concept development and vendor curation to contract oversight and day-of execution, every milestone is thoughtfully managed. Our role is to remove overwhelm, create clarity, and ensure your vision unfolds seamlessly.
This experience is ideal for couples planning a wedding in Houston and surrounding cities who want consistent support, professional advocacy, and a calm, capable presence throughout their journey.
• Dedicated Planner Access: 24/7 communication beginning at contract signing to ensure ongoing clarity and support.
• Monthly In-Person Strategy Meetings: Beginning at the six-month mark, we conduct one-on-one planning sessions to review progress, refine details, and stay aligned with your vision.
• Early Planning Start: Services may begin up to one year prior to your wedding date for structured and intentional preparation.
• Vendor & Venue Research: Curated recommendations, sourcing, and coordination with trusted professionals aligned with your aesthetic and budget.
• Design & Aesthetic Guidance: Support in refining your wedding theme, color palette, and overall visual direction.
• Timeline Creation & Milestone Management: A detailed planning timeline with accountability checkpoints to keep every element on track.
• Vendor Contract Review: Final review of vendor agreements to ensure clarity, alignment, and protection of expectations.
• Seating Chart Strategy: Guidance and overview planning for guest seating arrangements.
• Floor Plan Development: Custom floor plan creation when not provided by the venue to optimize flow and guest experience.
• Wedding Day Coordination: Full oversight on the day of your wedding, managing vendors, timeline execution, and ensuring a seamless celebration from start to finish.
• Base pricing applies to weddings in Houston and surrounding cities for up to 250 guests.
• For weddings exceeding 250 guests, custom pricing is available upon inquiry.
• An additional $500 travel fee applies to cities outside of the Houston area within Texas.
